EDL offer a service for the recovery of audio from damaged minidiscs. It is important on discovering audio cannot be retrieved from the minidisc that no further recording is attempted. Failure to observe this rule decreases the chance of fully recovering lost data.
As the effort required in a recovery task can vary considerably we require that the defective discs be mailed to us with stamped addressed envelope for evaluation.
